@bryevdv DW about the failing checks here. client and cosmos ci succeeded. Due to how DevOps resolves the changelist, it's triggering a bunch of additional service specific PRs too rapidly. This results in throttling.

We've temporarily removed the service-specific PRs until we can hash out with github/devops what we can do to address the throttling issue.

Ok I just updated with master so fingers crossed things will all pass and we can merge
