This PR syncs the eng/common test resource deployment template with the corresponding changes from azure-sdk-tools PR 13968, aiming to support passing a separate set of “additional” ARM/template parameters during test resource provisioning.
Changes:
- Adds a new
AdditionalParameterstemplate parameter alongside the existingArmTemplateParameters. - Updates the
New-TestResources.ps1invocation to pass-ArmTemplateParametersand-AdditionalParametersseparately.
