[EventHubs][ServiceBus] Address T1 doc staleness. (Broken/semantically incorrect links)

the title might not be 100% cuz it's originally a dup of #13738

but when I'm checking the docs of T1 EH, I found that:
some links are broken on https://pypi.org/project/azure-eventhub/1.3.3/, is that we what plan to fix?

• we also had a bug release plan for t1 -- [EventHubs] Release EventHubs T1 1.3.4 #13751, probably we could kill two birds with one stone
