I suggest we follow the same format as the .NET team does, see https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/blob/master/THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.TXT. They also automatically include it in all their shipping packages and installers. We might not want to blindly do that but we should have an easy way for packages that are using third-party code to have this pulled into their package. |
