This PR extends the Azure Monitor OpenTelemetry Exporter’s GenAI “main agent attribution” feature to also propagate project identifier attributes across spans and into log records, and adds coverage to validate the behavior.

Changes:

• Propagate microsoft.foundry.project.id and gen_ai.azure_ai_project.id from parent spans to child spans.
• Copy those project ID attributes from the current activity onto emitted LogRecords (when main-agent attribution applies).
• Add span/log processor tests and update the package changelog entry.
