Adds pool-specific overrides for the PR job matrix batch size so different agent pools can generate PR job matrices with different “packages per job” values.
Changes:
- Introduces
PRJobBatchSizeByPoolparameter to overridePRJobBatchSizeper pool. - Adds PowerShell logic to resolve per-pool overrides (including runtime-variable handling) and validate the final batch size.
- Passes the resolved
$batchSizeintoCreate-PrJobMatrix.ps1instead of the global default.
