🧪 Test PR — AppLink Scaffolding CI Validation

Purpose

Validates that scaffolding automation from #57875 produces a CI-ready package for Azure.ResourceManager.AppLink. Uses the same spec commit (5bdcbdbb) as AutoPR #57404.

Note: The build error (CS0102: The type 'AvailableVersionProperties' already contains a definition for 'SelfManagedVersions') is in emitter-generated code, not scaffolding. The scaffolding result override correctly reports succeeded so the pipeline isn't blocked.
