[WIP] Fix issues based on feedback for longest prefix match

• Understand the issue: XML doc summaries say "Get a BestPractice" but should reference the specific child resource
• Locate the code generating convenience methods in ResourceClientProvider.cs
• Update the description logic to use child resource name instead of copying collection description
• Regenerate test projects to validate the fix
• Run tests to ensure no regressions (114 tests passed)
• Run code review to ensure quality (no issues found)
• Run CodeQL security scan (no issues found)
