Pull Request Overview
This PR removes the entire Azure Remote Rendering SDK from the Azure SDK for .NET repository. The removal includes all source code, tests, configuration files, and documentation related to the Azure.MixedReality.RemoteRendering package.
Key changes:
- Complete removal of the remoterendering SDK directory and all its contents
- Deletion of CI/CD pipeline configurations for the service
- Removal of test infrastructure and sample code

Azure Remote Rendering was sunset on the 1st of October 2025, so the SDK for it is now useless and can be removed.
