Fixed a place where Batch VM size support info had not been updated

The information about supported Azure Batch VM sizes had been updated in most places but there was one place where it still linked to an incorrect article. This PR updates that place with consistent wording and links.

• The generate.cmd file for the SDK has been updated with the version of AutoRest, as well as the commitid of your swagger spec or link to the swagger spec, used to generate the code.
• The *.csproj and AssemblyInfo.cs files have been updated with the new version of the SDK.
