@jsquire Can you do the same in the Java repo for the older EH packages there as well please? |

@ramya-rao-a: I looked to do so as part of these efforts but there are no "Service Owners" structured in the other repository CODEOWNER files. I updated the bot rules across all repositories to reflect the new owner, so you should see Kasun tagged on anything tagged with "Event Hubs" and "Service Attention" |

The focus of these changes is to add the new Messaging PM contact as a service owner for Event Hubs.
