SDK for new API SimulateEviction for Spot Virtual Machines and VMScaleSet VMs.
Updated test results in TestVMOperations_SimulateEviction.json as there was a small change in the exisiting route of the SimulateEviction API from 'SimulateEviction' to 'SimulateEviction'.
Added the major version change as the swagger change for this SDK change had the label potential-sdk-breaking-change by @yungezz
