This pipeline has been failing since September 11th.

Mix of errors coming up based on the pipeline history, here are some examples:

Failed GetAccountInfoAsync_Error [61 ms]
Error Message:
Expected string length 16 but was 27. Strings differ at index 0.
Expected: "ResourceNotFound"
But was: "NoAuthenticationInformation"

Failed GetSetServicePropertiesAsync_SmbMultiChannel [106 ms]
Error Message:
Expected: False
But was: True

This was a blocker for me to be able to use this pipeline to validate changes in #46637
