Pull request overview
Syncs the shared pipeline step in eng/common with the corresponding change in azure-sdk-tools by improving logging around the npm registry update in Azure Pipelines.
Changes:
- Print the resolved “registry after update” value (
$updatedRegistry) to pipeline logs for easier diagnostics.
