This PR removes the Azure HDInsight Containers SDK from the repository following the retirement of the HDInsightOnAKS service on January 31, 2025. The changes remove all generated code for the deprecated service.

- Removal of the service configuration from API specs automation

HDInsightOnAKS service was retired on January 31, 2025; so the SDK for it is now useless and can be removed.
