Add DatabaseVulnerabilityAssessments swagger The put api is updated. A new parameter is added to its body properties storageAccountAccessKey. storageContainerSasKey isn't required anymore, but the user must to specified one of the following parameters: storageContainerSasKey or storageAccountAccessKey
