This PR adds a migration guide for Service Bus based on our work at https://github.com/conniey/azure-sdk-for-java/blob/feature/session-receiver/sdk/servicebus/azure-messaging-servicebus/migration-guide.md
The changes here over the above content is to accommodate the recent design changes for the processor client.
The processor parts here are based on https://gist.github.com/srnagar/0c1bcf22b8536b7234f304682ba1aad9
