The tables ci apparently had a credentials hiccup. I couldn't rerun the failed run on the PR however I did run a a new run which was just fine |

As part of this change the auto-increment code will no longer set the dependency version to a beta if it was previously a GA.
This was done after the July releases. What I'm doing here is rectifying the version that were set to beta from GA in July. Note: If you look at the libraries that had these as dependencies (EventHubs) you'll see that the dependency version in master were set back to the GA version prior to the release of EH out of master. Nothing was released that depended on the beta versions, the dependency versions were set to the GA versions prior to release
@srnagar it's also worth noting that I updated the current version of azure-messaging-eventhubs-checkpointstore-blob in master to 1.2.0-beta.2 which should have been updated in master after 1.2.0-beta.1 was released from a release branch.
