[HDInsight] Fix syntax error in description of subDomainSuffix parameter

This PR is related to previous PR [HDInsight] Fix specs not support subdomainsuffix parameter which has been merged.

In previous PR there is a syntax error in the description of subDomainSuffix parameter, this PR fixed it.
