Bug fix for readonly property

The CertificateInformation is not a readonly property on the service side. Fixing the bug, so that clients can be updated.

Talked to @solankisamir offline, this PR is to correct an err in the initial authoring of swagger. Server allows updating the certificate information (subject and thumbprint) so removing readonly constraint on this property correctly reflect service.
