Purpose of this PR

What's the purpose of this PR? Check the specific option that applies. This is mandatory!

Updated specs via TypeSpec and validation is successful now. Swagger Avocado check failure is from a known MULTIPLE_API_VERSION issue within Compute and is not related to the changed files in this PR.
