@fearthecowboy This is the first time I do a "readme.python.conf" and it works like a charm our of the box.

@marstr @salameer @daschult I still left a "Python" section in the main Readme with a link to the Python readme. I feel it's important, in order for service team to understand they have a Python conf. Can be discussed tomorrow if you want.

I think this is a great idea, I'll make sure to emulate this pattern for Go.
