Fixed capitalization of CommerceAdmin.json

There is an issue where the capitalization of of the commerceAdmin.json does not match the capitalization reference in the readme.md resulting in an error when using AutoRest.

I have fixed this capitalization error and tested it against my fork. Before I was testing it locally against the file. Because Github is case sensitive and Windows is not I did not see the error.
