There was a PR changing cmdlet names from RM to Rm, and I had another PR that added some new scenario tests using the RM name. Both were merged close together, and since they were new tests, there was no merge conflict. This change makes the "RM" -> "Rm" change in the new tests, as well as some changes to constants for consistency with the new "Rm" naming.
