Authorization: Bug fix in Get-AzureRMRoleAassignment to filter list of classic admins if user principal has been provided

If -includeClassicAdmins switch is provided for GET-RoleAssignment, currently all classic admins are displayed always. This list should be filtered down by the user email/display name if it has been provided
