Renaming the Get-AzureSqlLocationCapability cmdlet to Get-AzureSqlCapability.
When filtering the results of the Capabilites cmdlet, custom output is provided.

@akromm The test failure here looks liek the same one I just emailed you about. Can you take a look, my guess is that this is an environment change spilling from one test to another. |
