 Modify help according to our technical writer Robin's feedback
 1. change the SYNOPSIS of New-AzureStorageAccountSASToken 
 2. Change all occurrences of “azure storage account” to “Azure Storage Account”. 
     Change all occurrences of “Azure storage” to “Azure Storage”
