In ChangedLog I think you should also write that we add some parameters to ConnectionMonitorEndpoint (Scope, CoverageLevel and Type). Type became a mandatory parameter.
We also add DestinationPortBehavior parameter into NewNetworkWatcherConnectionMonitorProtocolConfigurationObject cmdlet
Also, New-ConnectionMonitorEndpointFilterItemObjectcmdlet was replaced with New-ConnectionMonitorEndpointScopeItemObject
