Description
This change updates validation to allow using ISO-8601 datetime strings with an offset specified. This used to break validation even though this is the format in which the
last_modified
datetime is shown. This change ensures behavior consistency with the displayed change and would make it more convenient for users to use the same format for commands.Testing Guide
