In aligning with the azure-cli-extensions service_name.json file...

  • "Registries" has been changed to "Registry" (singluar)
  • "Azure Cosmos DB" has been changed to "Database for Cosmos DB"
  • "Network" has been changed to "Networking"

@jsntcy, @yanzhudd, @dcaro , I am closing this PR as the changes made last week in PR 26657 are not in the master branch and therefore this PR is rolling back everything we worked on last week. Either that, or my Git Bash app isn't working correctly.
