The `secure` extra package from urllib3 was deprecated a long time ago and many Linux distributions, including Fedora, no longer include it in their packages. Signed-off-by: Major Hayden <[email protected]>

secureextra package from urllib3 was deprecated a long time ago and many Linux distributions, including Fedora, no longer include it in their packages.Testing Guide
