Description

Resolve #13385
According to the user's suggestion, change the address to detect whether the network is connected when the 'AZ -- version' is changed. Users may trust the latter more than the previous address.
After my test, the time of testing network connection on these two websites is basically the same, and the corresponding time is less than 0.5 seconds at the latest. In the case of disconnection, the corresponding information can be given immediately.
