@yugangw-msft thanks for taking care of this. Looking at the fix, it seems like hybrid profile was never supported with CLI & we are now adding support the latest profile version - is my understanding correct?

It looks AppService doesn't support MultiAPI for azure.mgmt.web package, therefore cli cannot find the defined API version for profile.

There are some properties lost in the new package and we are still looking into it.
