VNet integration support in ”az webapp deployment slot create”

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I use the “az webapp deployment slot create” command to create a new slot, the new slot does not inherit the VNet integration settings from the source slot. However, when I create a new slot using the azure portal, the new slot has the same VNet integration settings as the source slot. Could you please make the command consistent with the portal behavior?

@madsd what are your thoughts on this feature request? do you know why we have it implemented in the portal and not in the CLI? i just tested and this is the current behavior.
