This PR refactors a bit for the
ImportItemto lift the recommendation of it to its initialization time duringListResources, rather than constructing the UI model for each item. This change makes eachImportItemhas the recommendation (if any) in the batch mode, so that the resource mapping file is now optional (though still encouraged to set).Fix #102.
