This PR adds uuid support. I added the
bodyArrayclient since that uses UUID. This adds ~57 tests. I do have ~7 tests marked as skip right now because they aren't acting the way I expected them to. I'll create issues to track them.I also bumped the minimum version of core-http to 1.0.4 because I needed the fix that was part of Azure/azure-sdk-for-js#7387.
