This fixes a hardcoded version reference to use the latest published version.

It also updates github links in the token contract tutorial to link to the latest published version instead of master.

just for my understanding... #... are macros that get injected on build?

so it would be for example aztec-packages-v0.7.10

checked URL works for #include_aztec_version replaced with aztec-packages-v0.7.10

The `#include_aztec_version` doesn't work as a package reference in
package.json. This PR fixes the update in
#2703 until we come
up with a better solution.

The `#include_aztec_version` doesn't work as a package reference in
