• to make types work for aztec.js imports we should add import entry point as index.js
• DONE unrelated to this, fix hooks in barretenberg so they don't break commiting if you are outside barretenberg folder
• figure out why npm wasn't working with starter-kit (best case: just needs to be deployed, worst-case: funky differences)
• figure out a way starter-kit can be in the workspace setup but mirrored in a way it can be used external to the monorepo (see yarn-project/canary/scripts/update_packages.sh)
• figure out why CSS didn't work on my machine

• DONE commit that introduces bundled fileUrlToPath 61b549d
  see fix: polyfill by bundling fileURLToPath #1949
• commit that workspaceify's the starter-kit as it was downloading from npm 62f5c76
