This PR allows us to run simulation with an instrumented node, that we can hijack to capture timing information on RPC calls. It also addresses a bug that made us measure witgen time incorrectly (and incidentally caused the unnacounted time to sometimes go negative) --------- Co-authored-by: Nicolás Venturo <nicolas.venturo@gmail.com>
