resync firearm modules

Fixes:

• Fixed the following firearm module infos not being resynced on apply:
  • CylinderAmmoInfo
  • DisruptorModeInfo (state is not stored on the server, value is lost on get)
  • MagazineInfo
  • PumpActionInfo
