New Jersey municipalities not on Regional Map

When I look at the Regional Map for any candidate, the New Jersey municipalities are all blank, even if there are New Jersey donations.

I'm seeing NJ--both in master and in the style branch. Is this still open?

As far as I can tell, this is fixed.

I'm pretty sure this is still going on. For example, look at the Region map for Curtis Jones, Jr.'s in 2007. New Jersey is empty.
