Yeah but as a temporary fix it should be okay. And deactivated users can be shown right now but the switch state wasn't included in the query. |

In the recent Synapse versions at least there's no
next_tokenelement in the returned JSON for the last batch so to make pagination work I propose using thefromvalue in this case. Also actually use thedeactivatedswitch value in the requests.
