Describe the bug

While running scheduled E2E tests against WP nightly, the E2E environment setup fails while installing and activating the latest version of Gutenberg with the error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_add_global_styles_for_blocks() (previously declared in /var/www/html/wp-includes/global-styles-and-settings.php:202) in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/gutenberg/lib/compat/wordpress-6.1/get-global-styles-and-settings.php on line 11

The problem is caused by a change on WP core and is being discussed here - WordPress/wordpress-develop#3206 (comment)

Actual behavior

The E2E environment setup fails for WP nightly tests.

The E2E environment setup should work as expected for WP nightly tests
