Description

Downloaded assets and browsers no long have to be re-downloaded every time a workflow runs

Objectives

  • Cache mirabuf assets
  • Cache playwright browsers (gonna try something out)

Testing Done

  • Test assets on this workflow :P
  • Test browsers on this workflow
