  • Fix CVE-2025-30065 by upgrading parquet-avro to 1.15.1, which arrives via Iceberg 1.9.2.
  • Iceberg 1.9.2 pulls in SLF4J 2.0.13 transitively, so align our declared slf4j-api/slf4j-reload4j versions to match.
  • Update copy tasks, exclusions, and LICENSE metadata so the new SLF4J jars are packaged correctly with reload4j and documentation stays accurate.
  • [KafkaConnect] Fix RecordConverter for UUID and Fixed Types apache/iceberg#11346 fixed the UUID type handling, so we can drop the extra UUIDUtil.convert logic.
