How do I make Always Dark without accent color?

If you do not want Auto Dark Mode to modify the setting, you disable the feature entirely and set it once in Windows.
Always Light and Always Dark are kind of redundant anyway, because Auto Dark Mode does nothing during a theme switch when the options are selected.

Since Always Dark is a convenience option that is used in the frontend only, I will bring it back nonetheless.
