Decision: Minor bump 4.14.0 -> 4.15.0; completed CI checks green; queuing auto-merge for the remaining in-progress checks; no breaking changes touching our usage.

Changelog digest:

• Covered v4.14.0 -> v4.15.0 (single release in range, verified via GitHub releases API; no missing intermediates).
• Reviewed but not relevant: new cz version --next / --patch flags plus MANUAL_VERSION env var (#1724) — we drive version bumps via release-please and never invoke cz version anywhere in the codebase.
• Our usage is limited to the commit-msg pre-commit hook (conventional-commit subject validation) and the static [tool.commitizen].version field in pyproject.toml that docker.yml and pages.yml read as the canonical project version; neither surface is touched by v4.15.0.
