This PR adds
reportDiagnosticcallback to theasc.main()API options. This will help integrate AssemblyScript with other tools, like webpack. I could use theassemblyscriptpackage directly, but there is a lot of logic insideasc.main()that I wouldn't like to duplicate and then synchronize :)
