Due to the change of the .NET version, it may ask you to install the .NET 8 version. If you see any error warning at the start of the app, consider a) installing NET Desktop Runtime 8 (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0) or b) just download the second zip file of the with everything bundled.
