…index Skin tabid=138 (HTTP 500 lblBreadCrumb HttpParseException) runbook = DIAGNOSTIC only (not copy-paste fix): core breadcrumb.ascx markup is already <asp:label> (not Literal), code-behind compiled/absent from repo, symptom .NET 9 BCL to qualify (runtime is net48). Fix diff deferred to GO jsboige with live stack trace. Non-blocking v0.9.0 (reco Opt 1 = v0.9.1). RUNBOOKS-GATED-OPS.md consolidates the 3 gated-ops runbooks (Manifests Δ #490/#682 turnkey + Option C connection-string prep + skin diagnostic) with shared pre-requisites (backup hygiene, CS verification, net48 runtime).
